All products and services of The Gathering Place Co-op, (“The Gathering Place Co-op”), its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of the applicable agreements governing the content of The Gathering Place Co-op Internet Website (the “Site”).

The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern.

The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the “Information”) may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns. If for some reason you are displeased with a product, please contact us at 780-504-3565 or at info@thegatheringplacecoop.ca to discuss a product replacement or refund. 

All refunds or product replacements will be made at the discretion of The Gathering Place Coop.

Delivery/Shipping

The Gathering Place Co-op delivers weekly, every Thursday.

The cost of delivery is $13.13, GST included.

Please check our calendar page for actual shipping dates. We reserve the rights to change or modify any delivery date(s).

We are delivering to Edmonton and surrounding areas and Fort McMurray and surrounding areas.
If you are outside of these areas and you would like to order, please contact us.

Internet E-Mail

Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. fax machines, cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and also subject to possible alteration. We do not encourage anyone to email personal or financial information to The Gathering Place Co-op, and The Gathering Place Co-op is not responsible for and will not be liable to you or any one else for any damages in connection with an email sent by you to The Gathering Place Co-op or an email sent by The Gathering Place Co-op to you at your request.

No Endorsements

No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any information.

Links/Software

Links from or to web sites outside the Site are meant for convenience only. The Gathering Place Co-op does not review, endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Site, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk. The Gathering Place Co-op will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking. Offers, Discounts & Coupon Limitations

Promotional offers, discounts and coupons can be used at The Gathering Place Co-op where applicable/available. Promotional offers can include but are not limited to first-time orders discounts, share and save credits.

RULES FOR COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNT CODES

Coupons and discount codes apply to in-stock merchandise only.

Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges, or other fees.

Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order.

Coupons and discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or applied to prior orders.

Coupons and discount codes do not apply to sale items or specials however sale and special items will count towards the minimum spend required of a coupon, I.E. “Spend a minimum of $100 to save 10%" and the coupon will only be applied to the regularly priced items. 

Coupons and Discounts may only be used once and may have a usage limit, I.E. "The first 50 customers save 20% with coupon" and once 50 customers use the coupon it will become invalid or expired.

The Gathering Place Co-op may extend, cancel, or void a coupon or discount at anytime without prior notice.

Promo Coupons and Discount codes sent in text or email will expire a minimum of 7 days after issue but maybe active for longer.
