My name is Anita – I have been doing glass for 20 years – I learned from my mother-in-law. Doing traditional stained glass is a multi-step process – first each piece is hand cut – then you grind off the sharp edges. After they are smooth you wrap each piece in copper foil once that is completed the piece is soldered together then washed and polished. A lot of time goes into any piece of glass but it is satisfying. Every piece, whether it be a bird or an abstract piece are all unique – you will never have 2 pieces exactly the same. When you order a piece or buy one you will have an original!!
