Turkey

Ingredients: Turkey, Mushrooms, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Basil, White Wine, Salt, Pepper, Chicken Stock, Butter, Vegetable Oil, Flour, Cream, Milk,
Pastry Topping: Flour, Lard, Salt, Egg, Vinegar
Preparation Suggestion: For best results, thaw and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes or until sauce starts to gently bubble. If frozen, adjust baking time accordingly.

Meatballs

Ingredients: Grass finished beef, Seasoning Salt, Pepper, Garlic (Granules), Bread Crumbs
Preparation Suggestions: These meatballs are fully cooked. Thaw and warm in the oven, microwave or crockpot. Simmer in a sauce or gravy of your liking.

Ingredients: Ground Beef, Potatoes, Black Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Sage, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Dry Mustard, Cloves, Cayenne Pepper, Butter, Vegetable Oil, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Beef Stock, Potato Water
Pastry Topping: Flour, Lard, Salt, Egg, Vinegar
Preparation Suggestion: For best results, thaw and bake at 400F for approximately 30 mins. Lift the pastry lid off, stick fork in the middle to check if it is warm. If frozen, adjust baking time accordingly.

Ingredients:Ham, Split Peas, , Potatoes, Carrots, Garlic, Onions, Celery, Butter, Caraway, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper
Preparation Suggestion: Thaw. Heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes or on the stove for approximately 10 mins on low to medium heat.

Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Water, Yeast
Preparation Suggestion: Please thaw the baguette prior to slicing or warming. It can be warmed in the oven at 350F for 3- 4 minutes or until desired warmth is achieved. Slice and serve with generous amounts of butter.

Caramelized

Ingredients: Butter, Onions
Preparation Suggestions: Thaw and warm on the stove top for approximately 15 minutes on medium heat.

Lasagna

Ingredients: Grass Fed Beef, Onions, Celery, Mushrooms, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Lemon Juice, Basil, Garlic, Honey, Noodles, Mozzarella Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Spinach, Tomato Sauce
Preparation Suggestion: Thaw and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. If not thawed, adjust baking time accordingly.

Preparation Suggestion: Thaw and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. If not thawed, adjust baking time accordingly.

Perogies

Ingredients: Flour, Canola Oil, Salt, Water, Potato, Butter, Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Pepper.
Preparation Suggestions: Please note that this is a guide, it can take a bit of practice. Fill a 4-5 quart pot about ¾ full of water. Put 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt in the water and bring it to a boil. When the water is boiling, gently pour the bag (2 dozen) of perogies in the water. Turn the heat down slightly. Stir gently, every 30 seconds or so. The goal is that the perogies do not stick to the pot or together. A reminder to stir gently. In about 4 minutes the perogies will begin to float to the top of the water. Continue to stir gently and cook in the boiling water for another 3 to 4 minutes after they float to the top. Remove from the water via slotted spoon and place is a roaster or casserole dish.
Post Boil: The perogies will stick together after being boiled. It is important to have some butter, or caramelized onions and butter, warm and ready to pour over the perogies as soon as they are out of the water. Shake gently. If it is going to be some time before serving, the perogies will need to be shook gently at 10 min intervals to prevent sticking. Another option is to fry the perogies in butter and onions after boiling.
